The CAPS Program (Counceling Academics Parenting Service) is a program for middle school students on out-of-school suspension. The students have about two hours per day to do school work. The rest of their day is spent doing some kind of community service, often at the Warrenton Senior Center.

Retired Fairfax County Police Officer Cindi Krik, who is the lead instructor in the program, and School Resource Officer Master Deupty Sheriff Mundy Crummett are two community leaders making a difference.
